How to Request a Return or Exchange?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply follow these easy steps:
1. Initiate a Request – Contact our customer support team within the return window from the date of delivery.
2. Provide Order Details – Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Pack the Item – Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
4. Get Your Refund or Exchange – Once received and approved, we will process your refund or send out a replacement.
Important Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges :
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔ Return requests must be made within 3 days (India) or 5 days (International) of receiving your order.
✔ All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
✔ Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
✔ Items marked as Final Sale, Customized, or Discounted are not eligible for returns.
✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
